Dopo ripetute chiamate di assistenza non ho ancora ricevuto una chiamata. La mia casa sarà spazzata via da Oz per tutte queste persone a cuore Questa agenzia dovrebbe essere chiusa per la pura negligenza e il disprezzo che hanno per i propri clienti PAGANTI. La città di San Juan Capistrano non dovrebbe nemmeno permettere loro di fare affari lì e gli agenti che passano per King sono altrettanto cattivi. Il mio agente è a Cathedral City e si comporta come loro. Li denuncerò tutti alla compagnia assicurativa. Non sopporto gli stupidi volentieri e queste persone stanno per scoprirlo.

Se potessi dare ZERO stelle lo farei. Ho inviato un pagamento tramite assegno per il mio premio annuale. Ho chiamato perché non era ancora stato cancellato. L'agente ha detto, fammi controllare ... dopo essere stato in attesa, mi è stato detto che non potevano trovare il mio assegno. L'agente Nina ha detto di effettuare il pagamento ACH con lei e il mio assegno sarebbe stato rispedito. Non lo era, è stato incassato lo stesso giorno dell'addebito ACH sul mio conto.
Avanti e indietro con sei telefoni, hanno accettato di inviarmi un assegno, s prima mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare una settimana prima che i miei soldi fossero restituiti! Totalmente inaccettabile, dopo altre quattro chiamate, Elizabeth ha detto che il suo supervisore, che non avrebbe mai risposto alla sua linea, Gina "ha approvato" un assegno da inviarmi tramite Fed-Ex.
L'assegno è arrivato questa mattina - non firmato! Che casino è questo posto! Stai lontano, annullerò la mia polizza e andrò con un'altra compagnia.

Abbiamo questa azienda da 2 anni per la nostra casa che è al fiume. Abbiamo dovuto usarli la scorsa estate a causa dei venti di oltre 80 miglia all'ora. Abbiamo perso la tenda da sole e parte del tetto e molte altre cose che dovevano essere riparate. Beh ho capito che non ho mai ricevuto una nuova polizza quest'anno e ho appena scoperto che ci hanno cancellato a gennaio e non ci hanno nemmeno inviato un avviso !! Ottimo modo per fare affari, almeno avresti potuto farcelo sapere in modo da poter cercare qualcun altro prima.

Lavoravo qui cinque anni fa. I proprietari più orribili, Deborah e Steve. Hanno trattato i loro dipendenti in modo orribile. C'era una regola non scritta per cui se i dipendenti passavano davanti ai proprietari nel corridoio o li oltrepassavano nel parcheggio, non facevano cenno a nessuno perché l'ambiente creato da Deborah e Steve era uno di tale disprezzo che i riconoscimenti non erano ben accetti. Abusavano di tutto il personale, pagavano pochissimo e comunicavano in modo aggressivo. Se sapessi quello che so sui rapporti con i dipendenti e sulla decenza umana in generale, non l'avrei mai sopportato. Uno scenario tipico: un dipendente ha avuto più ictus e non poteva lavorare. Era nel suo contratto che doveva essere pagata per le ferie mediche. Deborah era furiosa, gridava furiosa e fece firmare a tutti accettando di modificare i loro contratti senza congedo medico pagato. Il personale era infelice nel loro ambiente ostile sottopagato e oberato di lavoro. Non supportare questo posto.
