Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza acquistando un Aqua Lily Pad come regalo per mia madre. La spedizione è stata ritardata a causa di COVID ma sono stato tenuto al corrente e una volta che il tampone è stato spedito, lo abbiamo avuto in meno di 48 ore. Quando è arrivato il nostro pad, aveva un piccolo strappo, quindi ho contattato ALP e hanno risolto rapidamente il problema. Ho risposto quasi immediatamente e mi è stata data la possibilità di rispedire il pad (senza spese a me stesso) e sostituire il pad con uno nuovo o ottenere un kit di riparazione gratuito e un altoparlante wireless per l'inconveniente. Consiglio vivamente ALP per i loro fantastici prodotti e l'ottimo servizio clienti.

Le informazioni fornite dalla tua azienda ora indicano che è stato spedito il 6.15 e dovrebbe arrivare il 6.19.20. Questo post è il 6.24 e non è ancora arrivato e la tua azienda non ha risposto al perché. In questo giorno di monitoraggio delle informazioni dovremmo sapere dove si trova il prodotto e la data di consegna.
Spero che il prodotto sia buono quando arriverà perché purtroppo sarà l'ultimo acquisto diretto da questa azienda. Consiglio vivamente di utilizzare Amazon o direttamente tramite Costco se acquisti.

Ordinato più di un mese fa, ancora niente. Chiamato più volte. Il servizio clienti non è stato d'aiuto. Ho speso più di $ 500 e non sono di alcun aiuto.
