Azienda altamente immorale. Ha lavorato con loro per diversi anni senza problemi, ma ha venduto l'attività mesi fa. Hanno continuato a farmi pagare per gli acquisti del nuovo proprietario anche se il nuovo proprietario si è riconciliato con loro. Si sono rifiutati di rimborsare. L'importo non era molto, ma è il principio della questione. Controlla le tue fatture!

Zero servizio clienti !!! Ho ordinato da loro le salviettine Barbicide lunedì 30 alle 11:45. Il loro sito web ha dichiarato "articolo disponibile e verrà spedito in 2 giorni". Venerdì 4/3/20 ho provato a utilizzare il loro servizio di chat per provare a ottenere un aggiornamento, tuttavia nessuno ha risposto, quindi ho inviato un'e-mail. Non c'è stata risposta, quindi ho riprovato martedì 4/7/20. Ancora una volta non c'è stata risposta tramite chat o e-mail.

Il passo successivo è stato provare a contattarli tramite i social media. Finalmente stavo per trovare qualcuno su IG che mi avesse detto che l'articolo era esaurito e stavano aspettando le spedizioni. Ok, ho capito a causa del clima attuale e di tutto quello che sta succedendo. Tuttavia, sul loro sito Web, è ancora elencato come disponibile. Inoltre, hanno addebitato la mia carta di credito alla data di acquisto iniziale. Oggi è il 4/10/20 e non ci sono ancora aggiornamenti da parte loro. Non un'e-mail o altro che informi i clienti dei ritardi.
