Wow è pazzesco chiamare le persone per aiutare e loro semplicemente non si preoccupano che io sia il cliente e non hanno idea di quanto Rick abbia questo lavoro ha solo un cattivo atteggiamento nei confronti del paziente e la famiglia stava lì intorno non ha risposto alle mie domande finché non mi sono arrabbiato per questo l'uomo ha bisogno di trovare un lavoro in cui non ha interazioni con le persone, in particolare le persone che necessitano di cure mediche

Ero malato, spaventato e solo ... nel cuore della notte fu deciso che dovevo essere trasportato dall'ospedale di Newport, a Corvallis. Non ero mai stato in un'ambulanza prima ed ero spaventato a morte. Avevo una squadra composta da una donna e un uomo: la signora era il "pilota", e il giovane stava dietro con me. Si è assicurato che fossi allacciato saldamente e il più comodo possibile e collegato all'apparecchiatura di monitoraggio cardiaco. Mi ha dato molte informazioni, il che ha diminuito la mia ansia, e sebbene fosse legato per la maggior parte del viaggio, che è durato più di un'ora, si è seduto vicino alla testa della barella e si è spesso spostato sulla panchina accanto a me. Entrambe le persone erano professionisti di prim'ordine, pur essendo premurosi e gentili allo stesso tempo. KUDOS!
