Le partite erano belle, ma Aeria non ha fatto un ottimo lavoro con loro. Il servizio è terribile. A volte ci vogliono più di 3 giorni per avere una risposta e la loro risposta è generata dal computer. Secondo me, lo staff è pigro e non riesce nemmeno a trovare il tempo per aiutare i propri clienti e giocatori. Quando ricevo una risposta generata dal computer a un problema tecnico, di fatturazione o qualsiasi altra cosa, mostra che non sono realmente interessati al benessere e al coinvolgimento dei giocatori nei loro giochi. Se ho bisogno di aiuto, voglio parlare con una persona reale che abbia risposte e possa correlare una conversazione informativa e utile.
Sembra anche che la funzione di segnalazione di abuso [di tutte le cose] possa essere abusata. Invece di usare il giusto giudizio e bandire veri hacker che possono essere rilevati o visti nelle prove video, il team di Aeria sembra bandire chiunque sia stato segnalato abbastanza da altri giocatori. Questa caratteristica "L'ho visto hackerare" non equivale a una prova effettiva e, a mio parere, è un segno di indifferenza, divieto martellante, pigrizia.
Ancora una volta, considero il servizio di Aeria Games scadente.

Se Aeria può intensificarlo e dimostrarmi che gli importa, sarei felice di fare un'altra recensione.

La peggiore azienda per cui lavorare, ei giochi sono tutti spazzatura di terza categoria.

Ci vuole troppo tempo per entrare in possesso di una persona reale e il sistema di fatturazione in loco è incasinato al punto che se hai scelto una carta sbagliata perché non hanno $ 25 non puoi ottenere i tuoi 500 punti extra. Gioco che do un 4 su 5 è buono, mi piace che giochi da anni, ma il tempo impiegato da GM per rispondere a un ticket è INSANO, 2 settimane per una molestia e più a lungo se hai problemi di fatturazione o altri soldi con esso WTF!
