Ho fatto un ordine di accessori di Karl Lagerfeld, prendendomi una giornata apposta per andare a Milano (300km). Il rappresentante responsabile della campagna vendite mi ha detto che c'era un negozio nel paese vicino, ma che non c'erano problemi perché due posizioni diverse. Oggi telefono alla consegna della merce e scopro che l'ordine è stato annullato. Il rappresentante ha dichiarato che l'azienda non ha accettato l'ordine perché i due negozi sono chiusi e mi hanno inviato una lettera. Non ho mai ricevuto questa lettera e comunque credo fosse il minimo sindacale, visto che ci era stata garantita la fornitura nonostante l'altro punto vendita, facciamo una telefonata per accertarmi che la comunicazione fosse arrivata a destinazione. Oggi mi trovo ad organizzare un evento presentando la linea che non riceverò. La professionalità per me è un'altra cosa e con la concorrenza che c'è e le tante possibilità che hai, credo che con un semplice richiamo di avvertimento avresti risolto tutto. Va bene proteggere i clienti storici, ma penso che abbiamo bisogno di rispetto per i nuovi clienti anche se non ricevono la commissione su un ordine. Sono stato un cliente storico di zappieri su altre linee, purtroppo so che la gestione dello showroom è cambiata molto e ti consiglio di andare altrove.
