Non è una buona compagnia risparmia i tuoi soldi vai altrove.

Per una società di sicurezza, non hanno alcun senso di urgenza.

Il loro servizio e i loro prodotti non sono facili da usare e lo supportano senza assistenza clienti. Spreco di denaro.

La peggiore compagnia di sicurezza in assoluto. Forniscono attrezzature obsolete di seconda mano / rinnovate, che si rompono costantemente. Quindi, ti fatturano centinaia di dollari per far riparare la loro attrezzatura difettosa. Fanno pagare un minimo di $ 800 per l'installazione .... altre società di sicurezza non fanno pagare per l'installazione. Le altre recensioni sono corrette, non hanno alcun senso di urgenza per essere una società di sicurezza. Tutto richiede sempre 2 settimane per essere risolto oppure puoi pagare di più per il servizio urgente e ricevere l'assistenza necessaria in 3-5 giorni. A un certo punto la nostra attività era offline, hanno comunque preso i nostri soldi, ma non sono riusciti a dare consigli finché non ci siamo resi conto che il DVR non funzionava. E ovviamente hanno il coraggio di provare a farci pagare per risolvere il loro problema. Se sei un proprietario di piccole e medie imprese, fai le tue ricerche prima di andare con gli UAS, non sono affidabili, non installano le apparecchiature di livello più alto nella tua struttura e NON sono il posto meno costoso. Sfortunatamente, al momento sono un cliente perché ho acquistato un franchising che li utilizzava in quel momento. Ora usano un'altra compagnia, vai a capire! Infine, il servizio clienti è inesistente! Puoi parlare solo con qualcuno che trasmette messaggi, il che causa sempre la trasmissione di informazioni distorte.

La peggiore e più disonesta compagnia di sicurezza del mondo. Amano raddoppiare il conto. Vendi attrezzatura usata per nuova. Non preoccuparti, fai affari con loro e lo scoprirai. Ma attenzione, sei stato avvertito.

Stai lontano da questa compagnia. Sono stato il loro cliente aziendale per molti anni. Sfortunatamente, dovevo far codificare il mio allarme antincendio e collegarlo all'allarme del centro commerciale, il che significava che non potevo più utilizzare il loro servizio di monitoraggio. Dopo tutti gli anni in cui sono stato un cliente fedele, mi hanno tenuto a una clausola di rinnovo automatico in un contratto per un servizio che non potevo più utilizzare perché dovevo rispettare il codice antincendio del comune. Nessuno alla UAS ha aiutato. Invece ho ricevuto minacce di contenzioso e raccolte. Ovviamente questa azienda non si preoccupa dei buoni rapporti d'affari e dei clienti. Non li userei mai né li consiglierei a nessuno.
