Sono andato a fare il test Covid. Mi è stato detto che ci sarebbero voluti 2-3 giorni per i risultati. Nessuno mi contatta dopo i 2-3 giorni. Chiamo per 3 giorni di fila e nessuno risponde al telefono. Finalmente il 4 ° giorno riesco a contattare qualcuno e mi dicono che i risultati non sono ancora arrivati, è passata una settimana a questo punto. Quindi aspetto ancora e come al solito nessuno mi contatta. Dato che mi sono messo in quarantena, le mie due settimane sarebbero scadute se fossi stato positivo. Quindi no grazie a UHC immagino di essere negativo. Ho dato solo una stella perché il test era gratuito.

4 giorni fa ho fatto un test COVID all'evento drive thru di Clovis. Ho ricevuto una chiamata la scorsa notte che si è disconnessa. Nessuna richiamata. Ho cercato di contattarli per tutta la mattina, ma le loro chiamate si interrompono. Servizio ridicolo. E pensare che ho cancellato un appuntamento con Rite Aid per questi ragazzi. Mai più.

All'epoca, l'UHC era una vera comunità altruista con comunità svantaggiate.

Nel novembre 2020 io e la mia famiglia siamo andati ai centri sanitari uniti a Milburn/Herndon per i test Covid. Devo dire che siamo stati tutti ben curati dopo che siamo risultati tutti positivi al Covid. Il dottor Nirpal Bains era sempre disponibile quando avevo domande o avevo bisogno di farmaci prescritti per la mia tosse. Grazie mille...ottima esperienza
