Mio cugino vive qui e ogni volta che sono stato a trovare tutti sono così gentili con noi. Non l'ho mai visto brutto e quando sono scattati gli allarmi sono entrati subito in azione. Grandi elogi a tutti quelli che ho incontrato durante le mie visite.

Ero troppo entusiasta del fatto che avrei aiutato a prendersi cura di residenti con disabilità mentali, ma non sapevo che avrebbe incluso anche il 90% dei colleghi. Posto orribile in cui lavorare in cui un elevato turn over è ridicolo, la leadership è peggiore dei turn over (1: ad esempio, ama guidare i residenti mentre manda un messaggio al loro fidanzato, usa angoli di edifici dove le telecamere non possono raggiungere usando il cellulare tutto il tempo , ecc.) e le cose vengono fatte in modo totalmente opposto rispetto a ciò che la formazione fornita più i documenti vengono persi e falsificati illegalmente. La leadership è abbastanza brava ad essere proattiva quando gli agenti governativi sono in attesa di ispezioni.
