TradottoAbbiamo avuto 3 delle loro unità che si sono guastate in veicoli diversi dopo solo poche migliaia di miglia di utilizzo. Hanno ritirato le parti e la loro valutazione è stata che i motori erano fangosi e hanno causato il guasto della parte. Non sono davvero sicuro di come abbiano determinato che il motore era sporco con solo i componenti di temporizzazione. Ho tenuto i motori durante l'indagine in modo da poter dimostrare il contrario, ma a loro non importava e non avevano alcuna procedura di appello. L'ultimo guasto mi è costato 5000 di tasca mia per riportare il veicolo dei clienti sulla strada perché quando il pignone si è rotto la catena si è attaccata al coperchio della distribuzione e ha riempito l'olio di metallo e ha rovinato i cuscinetti e quando la fasatura è scesa le valvole hanno colpito il pistoni e ha rotto i cappelli degli alberi a camme. Ci sono due pignoni identici ma solo 1 si è guastato? Penserei che se il problema fosse stato il morso del motore, entrambi avrebbero fallito. Ho allegato le immagini della parte guasta e una della parte superiore della testata del cilindro dove si possono vedere i cappucci delle camme rotti e NESSUN fango. Andrò a OE o un'altra fonte per i componenti di temporizzazione.
