Ho dovuto partecipare al pronto soccorso e sono rimasto molto colpito e grato per l'eccellente cura e servizio che ho ricevuto. Era ovvio che il reparto era a corto di personale e l'attesa era lunga, ma tutti erano educati, scrupolosi e professionali. Ho guardato le guardie di sicurezza in azione e di nuovo sono state gentili anche di fronte all'aggressione.
