Il 24 dicembre 2017 ho acquistato un buono regalo per un trattamento di massaggio della talpa presso la Rosewood Spa. Ho ricevuto una ricevuta di acquisto dettagliata con il buono regalo. Il buono regalo è stato successivamente perso (accidentalmente gettato via). Sono andato a Rosewood con la ricevuta dettagliata del regalo e nessuno era disposto ad assistermi. Hanno semplicemente detto che non c'era nulla che potessero fare e non hanno offerto alcuna soluzione. Il 26 febbraio 2017 ho chiamato il Rosewood Corporate Office a Dallas, in Texas. La donna con cui ho parlato al telefono ha detto che poteva rimediare alla situazione a causa della ricevuta che avevo e si è scusata con me per la mancanza di assistenza quando sono andato di persona a Rosewood. Ha concluso la chiamata dicendo che mi avrebbe richiamato in pochi giorni quando avrei potuto ottenere un nuovo buono regalo e riscattare il mio massaggio acquistato. Nessuno mi ha mai richiamato. A marzo, le ho inviato 2 e-mail in date separate, entrambe ignorate. Alla terza e-mail che ho inviato, ho ricevuto una risposta il 23 marzo, dicendo che il reparto IT stava lavorando sul problema ed era molto complesso e che avrei ricevuto presto una risoluzione. La data odierna è il 19 aprile 2018 e non ci sono state ulteriori comunicazioni da parte di Rosewood. Questa mancanza di assistenza e responsabilità al cliente è disgustosa. Come cliente, non mi sono mai sentito così maltrattato da un'azienda. Siamo nel 2018 ed è assolutamente ridicolo che una situazione così apparentemente semplice sia diventata così difficile a causa della mancanza di valori del servizio clienti da parte dello staff di Rosewood. Rosewood sembra orgoglioso di essere un marchio di lusso, ma in realtà il servizio fornito a me stesso, il cliente è stato tutt'altro.
