Possediamo un'unità nel piano mcst n. 2243. I costi di gestione e manutenzione stanno aumentando rapidamente negli anni, più del normale aumento del costo della vita / inflazione. Non lascio critiche all'agente di gestione ma essendo manager professionisti, spero che ci aiutino a contenere i costi. Per favore.

Guidato dal signor Daniel ... il manger, il suo supervisore Loh ... un residente ha gettato accidentalmente un braccialetto da 1 carato nella pattumiera automatizzata ... tutto detto non può aiutare ... il supervisore ha semplicemente mostrato il bidone n ha detto che non c'è modo di aprire il bidone ... i bidoni non si apriranno fino a quando non raggiungerà l'inceneritore e non brucerà dritto ... c'erano 2 bidoni automatizzati ... ma tutti boscaglia .... il camionista towaway è venuto .... lui ha reso il suo gentile assistente ... n ha anche detto che l'ufficio di mgmt può aiutare a recuperare offrendo aiutanti .... anche i bidoni possono aprirsi..non c'è bisogno di andare all'inceneritore .... l'autista apre i finestrini laterali per mostrare il residente ... la spazzatura in effetti era piena solo a metà..il supervisore del condominio ha detto che non è possibile aprire i bidoni r sigillati ... che sciocchezza ... un altro bidone era vuoto ... l'ufficio del camion ha confermato che il bidone è ancora nel condominio non rimorchiarlo incenerire ancora ... il mgmt potrebbe effettivamente fermare il ninne pieno a metà deviare l'attività di lancio al 2 ° bidone della spazzatura automatizzato ... chiedere al lavoratore di aiutare il residente a tirare fuori i rifiuti in un bidone più piccolo s ... la spazzatura è stata vista imballata in sacchetti all'interno del bidone automatico. ma nessuno del team di mgm si è preoccupato di prestare aiuto al povero residente ... ciò che il residente poteva vedere era ..... il manager sedeva nel suo ufficio leggendo il giornale del mattino .... il supervisore non ha pensato a come recuperare ma tenuto detto impossibile n rimuovere il suo lavoratore che vuole aiutare ... lontano dal residente .... implicitamente non voleva che il lavoratore aiutasse il residente. La cosa meravigliosa è perché un condominio ha bisogno di un manager a tempo pieno ... un supervisore per la costruzione
..un supervisore di giardinaggio? un supervisore per l'addetto alle pulizie n un supervisore per la sicurezza? Non residente dare un pensiero su questo? o in realtà non si preoccupano di selezionare la migliore agenzia. queste persone attirano i soldi dei residenti. La tariffa di manutenzione è aumentata con il calo della qualità del servizio. Il residente ha anche risposto che la qualità del servizio è stata pessima rispetto all'ultima agenzia mgmt. Anche il supervisore Loh non dovrebbe essere mantenuto. Il residente ha visto così tanti addetti alle pulizie e un altro supervisore delle pulizie seduto intorno all'ora per la pausa tè? I residenti pagano queste persone per stare seduti? Un buon ufficio mgmt non ha bisogno di così tanti supervisori ... il manager dovrebbe essere a portata di mano.
