Io e la mia famiglia siamo fan dei fulmini di Metz da generazioni. Mio nonno, come me, scattava solo foto con i flash Metz. E i suoi vecchi flash funzionano ancora oggi: alcuni hanno più di 20 anni. Penso che raramente ci sia qualcosa di simile nel mondo.

Il servizio clienti è sotto tutto maiale. Non hai mai nessuno al telefono che sia responsabile e coloro che dovrebbero essere responsabili ovviamente non sono mai in casa al momento della chiamata. Le email vengono risposte solo quando ne hai voglia. Come cliente, ti siedi a casa e hai un PIANO ZERO su quello che sta succedendo.
Mi sento ESTREMAMENTE derubato. Nonostante il fallimento, i casi di garanzia devono essere elaborati ulteriormente. E se ci vuole più tempo a causa dei tagli, ancora non costa nulla scrivere una breve email per informarti sullo stato attuale.

Posso solo sconsigliare vivamente di acquistare un prodotto Metz!

Guido il mio Metz moover da 6 mesi e lo adoro come ho fatto il primo giorno. Lo uso per il viaggio quotidiano al lavoro. Decisiva per l'acquisto è stata la promessa qualità Made in Germany, per cui spero in un impegno a lungo termine.

Quelle sembrano andare troppo bene, le mail non riceveranno risposta. Allora compro solo da qualche altra parte.
