Sono stato fatturato in modo errato dal pronto soccorso quando è nata mia figlia e non l'ho scoperto fino a quando non è apparso sul mio rapporto di credito.
Ho fornito i documenti corretti che dimostrano che era coperta da assicurazione al momento della nascita, ma questo centro di fatturazione "l'ha persa". Così ho inviato di nuovo la prova via fax. Ho provato a controllarlo, ma mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato da loro quando fossero arrivati entro 30 giorni. Sono passati circa 60 giorni ormai, e ancora non ci sono registrazioni dei documenti che ho inviato due volte e nessuno con cui posso parlare per ottenere la correzione di questa situazione. Mi è stato detto di inviare di nuovo la prova per posta e fax perché non ci sono note che dimostrino che qualcosa fosse stato ricevuto. Nel frattempo, il mio merito ha preso e continua a subire un colpo a causa di questo.
