Medford Care Center Revisione

I had a mixed experience with the care center. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were certain areas that needed improvement. The staff was friendly, but the facilities were not up to par. Overall, it was an average experience.

Vorrei poter dare sei stelle. Abbiamo avuto mia madre in molte strutture simili quest'anno e il Medford Care Center è stato di gran lunga il migliore. Molto pulito. Personale molto cordiale e premuroso. Sono andati ben oltre ciò che ci si poteva aspettare.

Mia madre era una sua paziente per la riabilitazione. Per fortuna è riuscita a cavarsela da sola. Sono a corto di personale. La sua camera non era pulita quando siamo arrivati, le è stata offerta solo una doccia per i dieci giorni in cui era lì. Il suo bucato non è mai stato fatto anche se ho chiesto il servizio di lavanderia quando siamo arrivati.

Mia suocera è rimasta qui per un breve periodo e non ho altro che cose positive da dire sulla struttura. Le sue cure, sia infermieristiche che di riabilitazione, sono state fantastiche. Sono sempre stato in contatto con il personale e tutte le mie domande e dubbi sono stati risolti prontamente.

La mia esperienza con la struttura è quella che spero di non dover mai più rivivere. La struttura è dove mandi i tuoi cari a morire. Sono fatti soffrire e morire di morte dolorosa. Ho avuto diverse conversazioni con la struttura e con l'ospizio samaritano riguardo alle medicine di mia figlia. Ogni volta che la vedevo soffriva molto. Mia figlia prendeva la morfina e altre due medicine ed era sempre completamente sveglia. Ho chiesto perché e ho ottenuto il runaround. Sono molto deluso e sconvolto. Ho parlato con l'infermiera di Samaritan del problema con i farmaci e meno di 7 ore dopo ho ricevuto una chiamata che mia figlia è morta.
