Queste cose non erano un problema poiché stavano progettando e costruendo su misura gli armadietti. Kay ha chiamato un paio di volte durante il processo di costruzione per confermare i dettagli della modanatura della corona attorno a un armadio frigorifero e il posizionamento di alcuni cassetti. Questa attenzione ai dettagli è ciò che stavamo cercando e ricevuto.
Mio padre ha usato Kay & Sons per anni su nuovi progetti di costruzione e ristrutturazione. Dopo aver visto i nostri armadi finiti installati, gli ho detto che Kay & Sons aveva fatto un ottimo lavoro. La sua risposta è stata "Lo fanno sempre!"

Clay mi ha chiamato perché quando sono entrate le manopole che ho scelto erano un po 'più piccole di quanto avrebbe voluto. La sua esperienza e conoscenza nella guida è quasi impagabile. Sì, ho optato per manopole più grandi con la sua raccomandazione. Non l'avrei saputo meglio, ma apprezzo che la famiglia Hill aggiunga ancora valore al loro prodotto.

Il primo problema si è verificato quando ho preso i disegni, le dimensioni e le specifiche di un set di mobili da bagno padronale personalizzato. Il prezzo per 4 cabinet era di oltre $ 3.500, quindi abbiamo discusso le opzioni e abbiamo calcolato un giusto punto medio di $ 2800; Ancora più di quanto mi aspettassi. Ma, poiché l'armadio più grande era un armadio personalizzato a 4 ante alto 96, l'ho accettato. Ci sono volute 2 settimane in più di quanto mi avevano detto che ci sarebbe voluto, e l'armadio alto e personalizzato non è stato realizzato correttamente ed è stato danneggiato durante la spedizione !! Spedizione; Aspetta, pensavo avessi realizzato armadi su misura ?? !! Per non parlare, dopo aver atteso tutto questo tempo, ho dovuto costruire io stesso un frontale per il cabinet per installarlo. Più tardi, ho scoperto che non producevano gli armadietti in casa, ma li ordinavano dalla Cina, dalla Corea o da qualsiasi altro posto in cui i knock-off fossero prodotti in serie .... Da qui la mancanza di preoccupazione per i miei disegni e specifiche !! Il bagno principale sembra fantastico, ma vorrei che avessero ascoltato e realizzato gli armadietti come ordinato.
Mando anche molte persone a loro; mia sorella, mio padre e molti altri imprenditori, mi sono rivolto a Kay & Sons per i mobili ... NON PIU '!
Ieri, dopo aver chiamato in anticipo per chiedere loro se potevano fabbricare 3 cassetti per una casa a scomparsa che mia moglie sta finendo, mi sono fermato per lasciare i vecchi cassetti che stavano cadendo a pezzi, quindi avevano dimensioni, ecc. , mi hanno detto che non stavano accettando lavori più piccoli in questo momento !! Ho costruito case e acquistato da loro cucine complete e armadietti per il bagno in passato! Ho sempre parlato molto bene di Kay and Sons, quasi 20 anni, ma non userò più il loro servizio e sicuramente non inviterò la gente a Use Kay & Sons.
