Il negozio (Craig at Airport West) ci ha detto di contattare telefonicamente il dipartimento Education Solutions e chiedere dove si trovassero gli altri nostri prodotti
Ho contattato la linea di supporto per l'istruzione il 28/01 (giovedì) e Dylan mi ha detto che sarebbero arrivati all'aeroporto West entro lunedì (1 febbraio).
Avevamo bisogno dell'articolo prima, quindi ho contattato immediatamente la linea Education Solutions e ho chiesto un rimborso in modo da poter acquistare l'articolo altrove durante il fine settimana e ho chiesto una conferma via e-mail - Don ha dovuto farlo perché Dylan era in pausa, né un è stato emesso il rimborso o un'e-mail di conferma.
Ho aspettato lunedì pomeriggio (1 febbraio) che JB elaborasse un rimborso - che non si è verificato - quindi ho chiamato il negozio per vedere se avevano ricevuto la consegna - non l'avevano fatto.

Ho parlato con Catherine alle 10 del mattino che doveva contattarmi via telefono -
Ho dovuto ricontattarla alle 13:45 dopo che non avevo sentito, ho parlato con Sam che mi ha informato che Catherine era in pausa e stava aspettando un'e-mail dal magazzino dalle 10 del mattino e ha lasciato i numeri di contatto con Sam per Catherine da contattare sono tornato.
Non l'ha fatto. Alle 4:30 ho dovuto suonare di nuovo - e questa volta Catherine ha parlato con Lochie nel magazzino che stava imballando la mia merce mentre parlavamo in un pacco postale da consegnare alla mia porta tramite AusPost.
Ora è mercoledì 10, ancora nessuna merce e di nuovo nessun contatto - ho parlato di nuovo con Catherine questa mattina che mi ha informato che non era stata al lavoro dall'ultima volta che abbiamo parlato mercoledì e ora mi ha detto che le mie merci vengono consegnate tramite Toll durante la notte .
Vedremo se questa non è solo un'altra promessa non mantenuta. Ricevo pacchi giornalmente da Toll from e non ho mai avuto problemi con le consegne.
Non va bene che non mi sia stata seguita una cosa: confermata o fatta, sono io che devo telefonare e che nessuno può rivendicare la responsabilità. Non sono stato altro che rispettoso e comprensivo, ma questo è assolutamente ridicolo. Non consiglierei assolutamente di ripetere questo processo e che il magazzino dovrebbe avere scorte prima dell'inizio dell'anno scolastico. L'anno scolastico inizia alla stessa ora ogni anno.
Non meritano nessuna stella, pessima esperienza, per favore evitali, prenderanno i tuoi soldi e non consegneranno la merce. Chiesto il rimborso 4 settimane fa Ancora nessun rimborso e nessun follow-up dal loro servizio clienti.
