Ho effettuato un acquisto presso il negozio Salvatore Ferragamo situato all'aeroporto internazionale JFK per un paio di occhiali da sole. Un giorno dopo l'acquisto, la custodia si è rotta senza alcun impatto fisico visibile causandone la rottura. Ciò ha successivamente colpito i bicchieri provocando la fuoriuscita di uno dei vetri. Al mio ritorno negli Stati Uniti, una settimana dopo, ho contattato la sede dell'azienda a New York. Dal 2 luglio 2019 fino ad oggi, 20 settembre, la società ha palesemente ignorato le mie e-mail e telefonate. Fornito le informazioni richieste più di un mese fa e da allora non ho più sentito nulla. Ho inviato un'email e chiamato chiedendo lo stato e nessuna risposta. Si prega di non acquistare per loro, è meglio acquistare dalla società / produttore o da qualsiasi altro fornitore oltre a International Shoppes. Se decidi di effettuare transazioni con questa società, tieni presente che potresti potenzialmente perdere i tuoi soldi; come nel mio caso $ 400 per un paio di occhiali da sole che non posso usare.
