sono perplesso. Era da tempo che non vedevo comportamenti così negativi verso gli altri o verso i clienti. Disponibilità, cortesia e cordialità purtroppo non sono disponibili. Non c'è aiuto durante lo scarico dei prodotti (scatole pesanti o simili), nemmeno durante il caricamento, nessun aiuto viene offerto, nemmeno se il cliente lo chiede gentilmente. È molto deludente. Sfortunatamente, non consiglierei assolutamente questa compagnia. Comunque, spero che questo migliorerà in futuro. Cortesia, rispetto, disponibilità ad aiutare e cordialità sono cose importanti che appartengono ad ogni buona compagnia.

Noi, Kittec, siamo clienti di Haldenwanger da 20 anni. Per molti anni siamo stati per lo più molto soddisfatti. Purtroppo negli ultimi anni le cose sono un po' cambiate. Soprattutto, trattare con noi come cliente durante il ritiro della merce purtroppo non è più soddisfacente. Il triste culmine è stato ora quando volevamo raccogliere 3 scatole con tubi di supporto con il nostro Sprinter. Poiché non è stato possibile scaricare le scatole restituite con il carrello elevatore, il nostro autista ha dovuto scaricare i ca. Scatole pesanti da 60 kg lui stesso a mano. Nessuno dei lavoratori dell'azienda Haldenwanger voleva aiutarlo, anche se lui aveva chiesto in modo amichevole. E un carico di nuove scatole (lunghe) con tubi: nessun risultato! Era troppo rischioso per i signori. Ti sei rifiutato di caricare lo Sprinter e hai mandato via l'autista senza merce.
La gestione del nostro secondo pilota è completamente diversa, anche con uno Sprinter sulla strada che ha anche raccolto 3 scatole lunghe con tubi di supporto - da un concorrente di Haldenwanger. Ecco: lì hanno detto che non sarebbe stato l'ideale, "ma in qualche modo possiamo farcela". Ed ecco: in realtà è andato senza problemi. Ecco come funziona la cordialità del cliente. Potresti tagliare una spessa fetta di materiale da Haldenwanger.

Il lavoro produttivo è diventato impossibile a causa della riassegnazione del livello di middle management da parte di dipendenti incompetenti e irrealistici a metà del 2020. Anche il comportamento dei superiori ha lasciato molto a desiderare da allora.
