I PROGRAMMI DI SCHEDULAZIONE E DI EHR HANNO FATTO LUNGO - LE FORTE HOLDINGS (in particolare Chiro8000) NON SONO RIUSCITE A MANTENERSI.
Abbiamo utilizzato questo programma nel nostro studio dal 2015 e siamo estremamente sollevati di esserci finalmente trasferiti a un sistema sicuro di pianificazione e cartella clinica elettronica online. Abbiamo utilizzato il programma Chiro8000 e abbiamo pagato la quota mensile di "Supporto tecnico". Ecco alcune cose che chiunque consideri il programma Chiro8000 dovrebbe sapere:
1) I TUOI DATI SONO CONSERVATI SUL TUO DISCO RIGIDO LOCALE - NON È UN SISTEMA BASATO SU CLOUD - Meraviglioso per la conformità HIPPA e un incubo per l'utilizzo delle funzioni di promemoria degli appuntamenti. I dati vengono memorizzati sull'unità locale del computer, quindi la velocità del programma è influenzata dalla quantità di dati utilizzati dal programma. Ci sono notevoli ritardi nell'elaborazione di un'attività e il programma si blocca regolarmente. Abbiamo più giorni alla settimana in cui il sistema sarà "non reattivo" e le operazioni che eseguono il front office sono sospese (da minuti a ore). Il programma si blocca regolarmente. Abbiamo usato frequentemente il nostro supporto tecnico, ma alla fine abbiamo smesso di chiamare e abbiamo cercato un nuovo programma perché non potevano arrivare alla causa principale del perché il sistema si è spento e non è riuscito a salvare cose come gli appuntamenti prenotati (abbiamo avuto troppe prenotazioni doppie perché macchie sembrava aperto, ma in realtà abbiamo prenotato e non salvato - e altre volte appuntamenti casuali finiscono nel programma quando nessun medico era programmato in ufficio).
2) I PROMEMORIA DI APPUNTAMENTO HANNO UN'OPZIONE E DIPENDONO DALLA CONNESSIONE A INTERNET / LINEA TELEFONICA - Questo era il problema. I nostri clienti sanno che qualsiasi promemoria è una cortesia e desideriamo ricevere promemoria per motivi di flusso. I promemoria delle app possono essere impostati solo su un tempo predefinito di 2 giorni prima dell'app e vengono emessi in batch. Settimane alla volta non uscivano promemoria. Il sistema ha rapporti che mostrano che li hanno inviati, tuttavia, poiché sono collegati al tuo server aziendale personale, c'è un'alta probabilità che le tue linee potrebbero non essere in grado di soddisfare la richiesta dei promemoria in uscita, quindi nessuno li riceverà.
È possibile inviare promemoria manuali tramite testo o e-mail mentre si prenota un appuntamento. . .e questo è un compito GRANDE per il personale o il doc inviare ogni promemoria individualmente.
Poiché l'unica opzione per i promemoria è inviarli manualmente o in batch 48 ore prima della visita, i clienti si confondono. Ci sono aziende di gran lunga migliori che eseguono i loro programmi su sistemi cloud conformi a HIPPA e i promemoria delle app non dipendono dal tuo telefono / connessione Internet. Se i promemoria appt sono qualcosa che stai cercando in un programma, ci sono opzioni migliori per te.
3) GELATI COSTANTI E STATI "NON REATTIVI" - Il programma si blocca regolarmente e i dati scompaiono. Siamo stati diligenti nell'eseguire aggiornamenti e backup e abbiamo comunque riscontrato perdite regolari di dati immessi e salvati. Il nostro front office entrerebbe in una settimana di pagamenti e metà di essi andrebbe persa. Lo stesso per gli app. Estremamente frustrante e le ore di lavoro andavano regolarmente perse. Ancora una volta, il supporto tecnico non è stato utile per risolvere questo problema. Abbiamo sempre mantenuto parametri di archiviazione appropriati per i dati e la velocità del processore consigliata per il nostro disco rigido, quindi siamo stati conformi a tutto ciò che era necessario per eseguire Chiro8000.
4) IL SUPPORTO TECNICO NON È SU RICHIESTA - È un servizio mensile a pagamento ED è richiesto un appuntamento per avere qualcuno che ti assista. È stato incredibilmente frustrante dover aspettare una richiamata o anche il giorno successivo per avere qualcuno al telefono per POSSIBILMENTE risolvere il problema. C'è un numero estremamente limitato di tecnici, quindi tieni presente che potrebbe esserci solo una persona disponibile in un giorno per assistere un gran numero di clienti. I tecnici sono fantastici, apprezziamo il loro tempo.
5) MAI AGGIUNTE FUNZIONI PER AIUTARE CON L'EVOLUZIONE DELLA PROGRAMMAZIONE DI OGGI E DELLE ESIGENZE DEL FRONT OFFICE - Non sono state aggiunte nuove funzionalità nei 4 anni in cui abbiamo utilizzato questo programma. Abbiamo inserito delle richieste e loro avrebbero "lavorato su di esse", ma non hanno mai effettivamente eseguito miglioramenti.
SCEGLI IN MODO SAGGIO SE SEI UN PRATICO CON PIÙ DI UN PROFESSIONISTA. SONO DISPONIBILI PROGRAMMI MIGLIORI CHE RIMANGONO CORRENTI CON LA PIANIFICAZIONE E LE NECESSITÀ DI EHR.
