Non mettono i loro clienti prima o indietro MasterCard !!! Ho effettuato un'offerta di pagamento solo per la spedizione per i supplementi utilizzando la mia carta di debito MasterCard e una volta ottenuto il numero della mia carta hanno prelevato quasi $ 200,00 dal mio account. Non sono mai andato sul loro sito web né ho selezionato caselle in cui affermavo che mi stavo iscrivendo per ulteriori informazioni. L'ho detto alla banca e ho anche fornito schermate di ciò che ho fatto sul mio smartphone. La First Commerce Bank ha rimesso i miei soldi nel mio conto, ma solo per ritirarli un mese dopo perché i truffatori dicevano diversamente e la mia parola come utente MasterCard non significa nulla! Se fosse stato Wells Fargo o Bank of American, non sarebbe successo. Ho 67 anni e abbastanza intelligente da sapere che questa banca non sa come mettere i propri clienti al primo posto! Ora devo portare questo problema agli affari dei consumatori ea MasterCard io stesso, ovviamente loro non sanno come proteggere i loro clienti e non sono interessati a proteggerli!
