Quando ho chiamato per la prima volta, non mi ha nemmeno messo in attesa ma mi ha detto brevemente di "aspettare un secondo" mentre rispondeva a una telefonata personale. Mentre chiedevo informazioni sui servizi, si è rifiutato di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e ha risposto con frasi brevi e vaghe e ha chiesto "mi stai dando ordini qui?" come se lo stessi minacciando. Ho cercato di mantenere la calma ma mi ha interrotto più volte per dire "ascolta qui" o "capisci" in tono molto condiscendente. Quando la conversazione è sfuggita di mano, mi ha riattaccato. Quando abbiamo richiamato per parlare con un supervisore, ci ha messo in attesa a tempo indeterminato. Abbiamo dovuto riattaccare e chiamare di nuovo, lui ha risposto e alla fine ci ha ammesso che il supervisore non era in ufficio. Ha continuato a mentire sulla sua identità e ha detto che non era lui che ci ha dato l'atteggiamento o ha riattaccato prima, anche se ha difeso le sue azioni precedenti nella stessa conversazione. Sono sconvolto e frustrato per il fatto che qualcuno così poco professionale e immaturo possa essere la mia prima esperienza in questo centro.
