Ho acquistato un PC HP All in On, considerando che lo stabilimento di Anoia Office Equipment è un computer e pensando che se mai avessi avuto qualcosa avrebbero potuto darmi una soluzione, questo aveva un problema allo schermo ed era già fuori garanzia da poco tempo, ma si è anche deciso di effettuare la sua riparazione, dopo più di mezzo anno, con errori, scuse di trasporto, covid e distributori, finalmente non hanno saputo darmi una soluzione, comunque il problema del problema è il servizio dato, mancanza di attenzione e follow-up della riparazione, devono andare indietro, pigramente non ti chiamano né ti informano e se rispondono lo fanno con scuse, bugie e il problema è sempre stato riferito al concessionario riparazione, forse altri clienti saranno contenti, ma il mio caso è rimasto deluso dal servizio, quindi ho messo la croce nello stabilimento Equipos Oficina Anoia, menzionando che il computer è già riparato nel giro di tre settimane in un servizio tecnico c di Tarragona.
