Mio padre è un uomo anziano ed è stato curato dal gruppo di cardiologia del park ridge negli ultimi 5 anni. Gli è stata diagnosticata l'A-Fib 4 anni fa dal dottor Allen ed è stato curato anche dal dottor Willis. Entrambi avevano ottime maniere da letto e trattavano molto bene mio padre, scoprirono in un attimo cosa c'era che non andava nel suo cuore. Avanti veloce di due anni e il dottor Trombul prende il sopravvento. Mette un monitor a papà un anno fa e la salute di papà peggiora. Va al pronto soccorso e gli dicono che ha avuto 16 attacchi nell'ultimo mese ma l'ufficio di Trombuls non ha mai chiamato. Abbiamo chiamato e chiesto se potevamo avere i dischi e trombul ha detto cosa mi farai causa? Volevamo solo cercare un altro cardiologo. Quest'uomo è uno scherzo. Non aspettarti di essere trattato con dignità da lui o dal suo staff.

Sono un paziente qui da 4 anni. Ho permesso loro di guidarmi nell'avere una valvola aortica artificiale, richiede un esame del sangue a vita che eseguo lì bisettimanale.Più velocemente fino all'anno scorso, il mio medico ha smesso. Nessuno mi ha mai informato .. Sono andato nel loro ufficio e hanno vedo un dottor Tombul molto arrogante che non ha voluto nemmeno stringermi la mano o presentarsi (molto professionale btw) quindi alla fine della visita chiedo "Vuoi essere il mio dottore?" la sua risposta "no, mi fanno vedere fino a quando non assumiamo qualcuno" va bene così eccoci qui un anno dopo, non ho Dr .. A questa data io e la mia assicurazione abbiamo speso oltre $ 300.000,00 con questo gruppo, effettuo sempre i pagamenti. A quanto pare è stato più facile mandarmi via che trovarmi un nuovo medico perché sono stato licenziato dalla pratica per aver dimenticato di effettuare un pagamento per 2 mesi. In quei 2 mesi hanno anche assunto una nuova addetta alla fatturazione .. Va bene così la chiamo (Belinda) mi informa che ho ricevuto una mail in cui si dichiarava di effettuare un pagamento o mi avrebbe terminato .. quindi rispondo "va bene beh scusa posso fare un pagamento, devo fare un esame del sangue per tutta la vita e ho solo 35 anni. " lei dice "no, sei terminato ed è in ritiro, trova un nuovo dottore" Ho chiesto un supervisore, lei mi dice che mi richiameranno quel giorno ... (6 giorni fa) oh e la mail che ho ricevuto era una lettera certificata ieri da quel dottore Tombul che diceva che mi stava licenziando ....? ....? Buona pratica ragazzi. Sarò sicuro di farti saltare in aria su ogni sito di social media che riesco a trovare. Sarete tutti famosi. Soprattutto Belinda e il dottor Tombul

Oggi ho fatto uno stress test nucleare. Ero estremamente nervoso e ansioso per questo, ma Shannon e Jennifer hanno aiutato ad alleviare le mie paure ea rendere il processo il più agevole possibile. Grazie!
