Peggiore esperienza per prenotare il tuo viaggio. Tutto quello che vogliono è la tua carta di credito e non vogliono aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Ho parlato con Jenna e devo dire che è stato il peggior servizio clienti che abbia mai visto !! L'atteggiamento peggiore e lei non dovrebbe assolutamente lavorare nel servizio clienti.

Il posto migliore per prenotare crociere o all inclusive. Ottimi operatori sul numero 800. Fanno vacanze dell'ultimo minuto a prezzi drasticamente ridotti. Ottimo soprattutto per coloro che operano nel settore dei viaggi aerei.

Ciao ragazzi, oggi ho telefonato direttamente dal Regno Unito quando le vostre linee telefoniche si sono aperte per chiedere informazioni sulla prenotazione della regal Princess del 3 marzo 2019 FLL Caribbean 7 notti di navigazione. Il ragazzo con cui ho parlato sembrava davvero fuori di testa e non interessato alle mie domande e mi ha chiuso quando facevo domande su varie cabine. Sono rimasto così deluso dalla chiamata che ho deciso di terminare la chiamata educatamente e chiamare personalmente il numero di vendita di Princess UK, che poi ho passato a una suite. La signora con cui ho parlato era di prima classe e molto disponibile e ha anche riconosciuto di aver viaggiato con Princess e di avermi venduto più di quanto avrei voluto in precedenza, il che andava bene dato che le sue capacità di vendita erano eccezionali. Va solo a dimostrare che la prima impressione conta. Non userò Dargal ora non lo consiglierei affatto a nessuno dei nostri colleghi di viaggio.
