Questa azienda ha fatto le mie tasse per me attraverso un programma. Ho inviato loro tutte le mie informazioni, ma l'hanno archiviata in francese. Ho risposto loro e l'hanno corretto quasi immediatamente. Poi ho ricevuto i miei documenti CRA e sono anche completamente in francese e non sono in grado di leggerne la maggior parte.

Ho contattato l'azienda tramite e-mail e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sono stato in attesa da più di un'ora con CRA cercando di correggere la situazione in modo da poter gestire con precisione le mie tasse.

Tutto quello che volevo era una risposta alle mie e-mail che chiedevano come procedere e come correggerlo.

Mi è stato offerto un appuntamento entro una settimana e ho incontrato uno dei contabili CS per esaminare i dettagli e elaborare un piano d'azione. Il contabile sembrava ben informato e simpatico. Avrebbero iniziato a lavorarci il giorno lavorativo successivo. Dovevo aspettarmi un'e-mail con le istruzioni di crittografia per i documenti e un importo per il fermo.
Purtroppo l'email non è mai arrivata e non ho sentito nulla da loro. Ho inviato un'e-mail di follow-up alla fine della settimana. Nessuna risposta. Passarono due settimane. Li ho chiamati direttamente e mi è stato subito detto che mi avrebbero risposto entro 3 giorni lavorativi e che non si erano dimenticati di me. Bene. Sono passate altre due settimane e mezzo e non ho ancora sentito nulla, quindi a questo punto cercherò un altro commercialista presso un'altra azienda. Estremamente deluso.

Non posso parlare abbastanza bene del fantastico team con cui lavoro a Crowe Soberman LLP!
