Sulla base della mia esperienza finora non comprerei di nuovo da questa azienda e non posso raccomandarli. Servizio clienti e supporto spaventosi. Ci sono stati forniti 55 faretti a incasso con controllo intelligente che cambiano colore spettro LED Phoebe e 3 controller da parete. Nonostante ore di tentativi, non siamo riusciti a collegare tutte le luci alla loro app Spectrum o ai controller a muro. Le ripetute telefonate del nostro fornitore per un consiglio sono cadute nel vuoto e non sono riuscite a rispondere a numerose telefonate. Dopo ore di configurazione, eliminazione e ripristino, la maggior parte di loro funziona da solo, ma non grazie a Crompton Lamps.

Ho usato le luci che cambiano colore Phoebe Spectrum in una palestra e le trovo molto buone. Tuttavia ho comprato un paio di colori che non cambiano per un bagno al piano di sotto. L'idea della luce è molto semplice e puoi regolare il livello di luce in base alle tue esigenze. Sfortunatamente non mantengono mai le loro impostazioni quasi ogni giorno devo aprire l'app e riapprendere le impostazioni. Il motivo è semplice: la programmazione torna alternativamente al bianco brillante e al giallo brillante se l'interruttore viene azionato entro cinque secondi dall'accensione iniziale. Cinque secondi sono lunghi se fai un salto di notte per programmare una sveglia. Non sono davvero adatti allo scopo. Due secondi sarebbero sensati e fermerebbero i problemi. Se stai ascoltando da Crompton, riprogrammane un paio e contattami. Evita il consiglio che do ai clienti considerando l'acquisto con la presente programmazione.

Creato un account appositamente per questa recensione. Ho ordinato una lampadina da Amazon che l'ha consegnata rotta dopo quasi 2 settimane. La lampadina era per il mio vicino di 85 anni. Ero frustrato dal fatto che Amazon avesse impiegato così tanto tempo, quindi ho chiamato direttamente Compton Lamps. Ho parlato con Cheryl che mi ha consigliato di essere solo un grossista e di non vendere direttamente ai clienti. Tuttavia, ha capito che il mio vicino sarebbe rimasto all'oscuro ancora più a lungo se avessi passato i resi di Amazon, quindi me ne ha inviato un altro gratuitamente.
Servizio straordinario e sono sicuro che anche il mio vicino apprezzerà molto questo.

Eccezionale servizio post vendita. Sostituzione completa prevista per lampade LED guaste nella ristrutturazione della nostra cucina. (Sebbene il lavoro sia stato svolto da un imprenditore due anni fa e non ci abbia lasciato la fattura originale), siamo stati in grado di restituire le lampadine guaste per il cambio.
