Lavoriamo con C3 come nostro supporto IT da circa 2 anni. In quel lasso di tempo, eventuali problemi o problemi sono stati risolti rapidamente e correttamente. Recentemente abbiamo chiesto a C3 di eseguire una migrazione della posta elettronica per spostare la nostra posta aziendale dalla piattaforma Yahoo. Il dipendente responsabile dell'attività è stato estremamente cordiale e paziente durante tutto il processo. Il tecnico era disposto a lavorare notti e fine settimana per assicurarsi che il trasferimento avvenisse in un lasso di tempo ragionevole. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti dei servizi di supporto di C3 e li consiglierei ad altri.

Il mio disco rigido si è bloccato alcuni mesi fa e l'ho portato a una riparazione completa del computer per vedere se poteva essere riparato. Questo era un computer aziendale e mi è stato detto che il disco rigido si era bloccato e non c'era nulla che potessero fare per recuperare alcuna informazione da esso. Ho speso $ 650 per convincerli a inserire un nuovo disco rigido nella mia macchina e hanno anche fatto del lavoro sul mio portatile. Dopo aver preso in mano il computer dopo aver inserito un nuovo disco rigido e averlo portato a casa. Ho continuato a riscontrare problemi anche con un nuovo disco rigido. Ho chiesto a un'altra azienda di dargli un'occhiata e hanno anche preso il mio vecchio disco rigido e hanno detto che non c'è niente di sbagliato nel vecchio disco rigido tranne che ha un virus. Hanno rimosso il virus, l'hanno rimesso nel computer e ha funzionato perfettamente. Non c'era assolutamente niente di sbagliato nel disco rigido, a parte il fatto che conteneva un virus. Dopo ha funzionato come nuovo. mi sento truffato. Non consiglierei queste persone a nessuno! Sto ancora usando quel disco rigido fino ad oggi e funziona bene. Fai attenzione a questa compagnia, vogliono prendere i tuoi soldi e venderti in ogni modo possibile. Non lo consiglierei!

Usiamo C3 dal 2012, in quel periodo abbiamo realizzato alcuni progetti grandi e piccoli. Ogni volta siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti dei risultati finali. Siamo passati da circa 25 impiegati d'ufficio a quasi 100 impiegati e sono stati eccellenti per tutto il tempo.

Di recente abbiamo appena terminato una migrazione di server di grandi dimensioni che C3 ha eseguito senza problemi senza alcun tempo di inattività evidente. Sono esperti del settore e si vede!

Li consiglierei vivamente per piccole o grandi imprese.
