Invece di emettere semplicemente un rimborso o inviarmi una sostituzione, hanno proceduto alla raccolta delle mie informazioni 3 volte. La prima volta che qualcuno avrebbe dovuto richiamarmi, non l'hanno fatto, ho chiamato di nuovo il giorno dopo, la persona si è scusata e ha detto che era occupata e ha chiesto se avevo contattato il venditore da cui avevo acquistato, ho detto loro che le loro informazioni erano le uniche Avevo. Menziona il nome del ragazzo e gli ha detto che gli avrebbe fatto una telefonata perché avrebbe dovuto occuparsi di questa roba. Ha detto che avrebbero risolto il problema e avrei ottenuto un rimborso o un formaggio sostitutivo, ha consigliato che mi avrebbe richiamato più tardi quel giorno con come hanno deciso di procedere. 3 settimane dopo non sono ancora stato contattato. Hey Coach Farms Cordiali saluti, sei il produttore del formaggio, se sta crescendo la muffa un mese intero PRIMA della data di scadenza è nel tuo migliore interesse RISOLVERE il problema IMMEDIATAMENTE, non legare un cliente e dare un milione di scuse è un pezzo di formaggio, vivo nello stesso stato, il costo della sostituzione del formaggio è molto più economico della pressa negativa che hai appena ricevuto.
