Il peggior servizio clienti di sempre. Eravamo un cliente walk-in. Abbiamo chiesto loro alcuni campioni e ci hanno fornito alcune scatole che producono. Eravamo interessati a una di queste scatole che già producono e abbiamo chiesto il loro ordine minimo, hanno detto che è 1000. Quando abbiamo deciso di effettuare l'ordine, hanno detto che dovevamo ordinarne 5000, quindi ci addebiteranno il piatto che hanno già e pagato da un altro cliente. Abbiamo ripetuto di nuovo la stessa domanda sull'ordine minimo, hanno detto che è 1000. E poi hanno continuato a manipolare il prezzo e la quantità. abbiamo sentito un tizio dire che per questo fumetto costa 1,5 AED e il maleducato che stava manipolando diceva 1,8 AED. Non hanno un prezzo standard. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto al loro manager che hanno detto che è in viaggio. Dovrebbero vergognarsi di quell'atteggiamento gentile nei confronti dei clienti.
