Ho acquistato una casa con sopra una Butterfly Energy Systems Unit. La macchina è stata prodotta nel gennaio 2014 ed era relativamente nuova quando l'ho acquistata. La macchina viene fornita con una garanzia, ma si applica solo al proprietario originale, quindi non ero idoneo. Pertanto la macchina potrebbe essere stata installata un mese fa e non è garantita a lungo. Ho effettuato numerose telefonate all'installatore e all'azienda. L'installatore è venuto più volte e dopo la quinta volta è stato stabilito che dovevo sostituire l'unità esterna al costo di $ 1500. Ho contattato l'azienda, che ha detto che era responsabilità dell'installatore valutare, installare e garantire la nuova macchina.
Ho provato a chiedere all'installatore e all'azienda quale fosse il codice di errore e nessuno ha risposto alle mie telefonate o e-mail. Sono in contatto con l'azienda / installatore da 8 settimane ormai e non ho ancora una pompa di calore efficiente.
Sarei molto, molto cauto nell'installare un prodotto del genere nella tua residenza. Tenere presente come funziona la garanzia e che il prodotto potrebbe non funzionare correttamente subito dopo. Sarebbe la mia raccomandazione di rimanere con un'azienda rispettabile.
Se BES è disposta a contattare e aiutare con la mia situazione, prenderei in considerazione la possibilità di modificare la mia recensione, ma non ho mai avuto davvero l'opportunità di utilizzare la macchina e il processo di riparazione, ottenere le parti, è stato molto tumultuoso.
