TradottoLa filiale di Helensville non ha preso alcuna misura preventiva cambiando 3 pneumatici e ha scheggiato un pezzo da uno dei miei cerchi da un set da $ 1.800 tenuto in ottime condizioni. Il responsabile ha negato che sia stato causato da loro nonostante sia stato assente per tutto il tempo. Non ho offerto nemmeno delle scuse. Inoltre, riattaccavano solo le ruote con la pistola e non serravano i dadi. Non quello che mi aspetterei da un'azienda rispettabile e mi costerebbe più dei 3 pneumatici per riparare la ruota.
AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo che la sede centrale ha contattato il proprietario del negozio, ha accettato con riluttanza di far riparare la ruota. È diventato anche violento e minaccioso mentre avevo un bambino al mio fianco, al punto che qualcuno della sede centrale doveva venire ed essere presente quando sono tornato per rimettere il volante. Mi è stato detto che l'aveva portato al suo amico ai fustellatori sulla strada, non da qualche parte che effettivamente ripara le ruote, e che non si sono preoccupati di abbinare il colore alla vernice (cosa che puoi fare per meno di $ 20), e invece Mi è stato detto che hanno provato tre vernici diverse e sono andati con la migliore corrispondenza. Non manca più un pezzo, solo una sezione della mia ruota che è di un colore diverso e si distingue perché non è stato nemmeno applicato uno strato di vernice trasparente, quindi ha un aspetto opaco rispetto alla finitura lucida del resto la ruota e incompiuta. Essenzialmente la ruota da $ 450 è ora più danneggiata rispetto a quando è stata lasciata per la riparazione. La sede centrale è apparentemente impotente a fare qualsiasi cosa in quanto è un negozio gestito dal proprietario, non di proprietà dell'azienda, quindi non c'è responsabilità.
L'uomo con cui ho avuto a che fare mi sta facendo in modo che io riceva qualche vantaggio da un negozio di proprietà dell'azienda, ma se voglio che il mio negozio locale sia ritenuto responsabile dovrei passare attraverso il tribunale delle controversie, quindi ci sono molti cowboy là fuori che si nascondono dietro il marchio.
Da allora ho avuto a che fare con la filiale di Henderson che è stata fantastica. La sede centrale ha affermato di non poter risolvere il mio problema originale ma di aver tentato di compensarmi in altri modi.
