Sono entrato alle 8 di sera stasera, essendo il Venerdì Santo, ignaro che chiudessero alle 8 di sera. Sono stato accolto da un brusco "Siamo chiusi" dalla ragazza dietro il bancone che stava porgendo a una coppia il loro DVD. Quando ho chiesto il motivo per cui venivano serviti, ha affermato che erano arrivati prima delle 20:00 ... ho detto OK. Mia figlia di 20 mesi nel frattempo era corsa nel retro del negozio dove si trovano le nuove uscite, quindi ho iniziato a camminare per prenderla e la ragazza mi ha letteralmente gridato contro. "ORA SIR, ORA SIAMO CHIUSI". Ho detto "Vado a prendere mio figlio. Non parlarmi in quel modo". Una volta presa in braccio mia figlia, le ho chiesto il suo nome, che lei ha detto era Charlie ... poi me ne sono andato. Charlie dovrebbe essere licenziato.
Così sono andato alla macchina DVD Hoyts lungo la strada. almeno ottieni un buon servizio da quelli!
