Non sono stato avvertito in anticipo che la tariffa sarebbe stata un forte aumento; quasi il doppio di quello che ho pagato prima. In effetti, avevo ricevuto una lettera che annunciava la fusione e in cui si dichiarava espressamente che non ci sarebbero state modifiche sostanziali alle tariffe di fatturazione e alle strutture delle commissioni. Quindi, naturalmente, questa era l'aspettativa di restare con loro dopo la fusione. È stato molto frustrante e sfortunato che non lavorassero con me considerando le circostanze. In effetti, il manager era piuttosto freddo e impenitente. Non li consiglio a fini fiscali. I rapporti con i clienti erano orribili.

Se vuoi una raffica costante di lettere dall'IRS, questa è la società di contabilità che fa per te. Non solo la mancata presentazione di una relazione trimestrale per la mia attività nel 2016, ha anche incasinato le mie tasse del 2017 che ha comportato la necessità di presentare una dichiarazione modificata sia per la mia azienda che per le tasse personali. Chiamate ed e-mail ripetute all'azienda per ottenere la risoluzione di questi problemi non hanno nemmeno raccolto una risposta, ad eccezione di quando ho inviato una lettera certificata. Questo mi ha fatto richiamare Greg Bratcher, ma non hanno comunque fatto nulla per risolvere i miei problemi.
