Mio figlio di 2 anni ha appena visto il dottor Beer per la sua orchiopessia a dicembre ed è stata la migliore esperienza dall'inizio alla fine, il dottor Beer e il suo staff sono cordiali e compassionevoli e non ti fanno mai sentire affrettato, rispondono a tutte le tue domande e farti sentire sicuro di essere nelle mani giuste, consiglierei al 1000% questo dottore che è fantastico.

Sebbene sia molto esperto e ben informato nel suo campo, la mancanza di cura e responsabilità del personale del suo ufficio nei confronti dei pazienti è così orribile che riconsiderare la possibilità di andare di nuovo da lui. Questo è triste, perché è molto amichevole e simpatico. Sfortunatamente il suo staff ti lascia un sapore così orribile in bocca che non vorresti mai tornare. Hanno licenziato mio figlio, non hanno mai chiamato né hanno avuto appartamenti. Ho persino il mio telefono Verizon di Bill. Presenterò un reclamo su come POTRESTI mentire e lasciar cadere un bambino con una madre malata con tumori al cervello. A mio figlio succede qualcosa. Il Dr. Beer ha posto domande e ha spiegato i passaggi successivi. L'infermiera non mi ha fornito il suo nome quando sono stata richiamata. Sono rimasto un po' sorpreso quando è entrata da me mentre mi stavo spogliando senza preavviso o senza bussare alla porta, soprattutto perché chiunque avrebbe potuto camminare vicino alla mia stanza in quel momento. Tuttavia, ha spiegato la procedura. Il check-out dall'ufficio è stato un po' confuso per me dato che ero un nuovo paziente. Mi è stato detto di vedere una persona e poi un'altra persona ha detto che poteva aiutarmi. Non l'ho sentita a causa di tutto il rumore di fondo in ufficio. Sembrava un po' irritata che mi ci fosse voluto un momento per avvicinarmi a lei e poi per fissare il mio appuntamento. Ho chiesto se hanno addebitato l'assicurazione o chi devo pagare e lei ha inviato le scartoffie a Susan e ha detto, Susan ti aiuterà in questo. Susan era gentile con me, ma la signora precedente sembrava irritata o forse stava solo passando una brutta giornata. Il dottor Beer è un medico molto gentile ed esperto. Il personale dell'ufficio e l'infermiera potrebbero essere un po' più amichevoli dopotutto, aiutano anche ad aggiungere e creare l'esperienza all'interno della pratica.
