Mia madre è stata trasferita in questa struttura a Ocala in un attimo. Il personale era attento e la residenza era pulita. Si riferiva al suo soggiorno come "l'hotel!" Il che significa che è stata curata molto bene dallo staff.

Gli darei uno 0 se potessi. Mia mamma è in quel posto, prima di tutto è lì per un mal di testa al cervello perché cade, vieni a scoprire che non le hanno messo le sponde sul letto. Anche dopo che abbiamo detto loro che poteva cadere. Non aveva nemmeno gli assorbenti sul pavimento che se cade attutisce la caduta. In questo momento chiamo questo posto dalle 9:00 e sono le 2:10 e non ho ricevuto una chiamata, anche dopo aver parlato con l'assistente sociale. Starei lontano se fossi in te!

Ero qui ad Avante a Ocala per una riabilitazione a breve termine. La struttura era molto pulita e ordinata. Il personale è stato molto gentile, onorevole e attento alle mie esigenze. Il personale si è preso cura dei pazienti e ha sempre salutato. Valuterei questa struttura 10 stelle se potessi.
