Ho ereditato un contratto con Otis Elevator. I servizi che ho ricevuto sarebbero mediocri. La mia rappresentante Stacy Johnson spesso cercava di aiutarmi, ma Robert Durham ha ripetutamente ignorato le sue e le mie e-mail quando chiedevo lo stato sulla mia chiave di chiusura, che abbiamo pagato e non abbiamo ricevuto fino a 90 giorni dopo aver pagato per il chiave. Cercare di ottenere un ETA e aggiornare mentre aspettavamo è stato davvero come tirare i denti. Ho documentato e-mail che mostrano che Stacy avrebbe chiesto a Robert di rispondere a una delle mie e-mail in cui era stata sottoposta a CC e lui non lo avrebbe mai fatto. Abbiamo anche aspettato l'installazione dei rulli inclusi nel contratto. Stavo aspettando i rulli da ottobre 2019, il mio contratto è scaduto a febbraio 2020. Come per la chiave di chiusura di sicurezza, Robert non ha risposto alle mie e-mail e mi ha dato la sensazione che non gli interessasse il contratto o le mie esigenze. Ad un certo punto Otis ha inviato un tecnico che ha chiaramente sostituito uno dei rulli e ha lasciato gli altri a posto. Ho di nuovo implorato continuamente un aggiornamento e sono stato bloccato per quasi 5 mesi fino a quando ho ricevuto un'ultima e-mail da Stacy che diceva che credeva che tutti i rulli fossero stati sostituiti, nonostante le foto che le avevo inviato dimostrassero il contrario, e che dal momento che il nostro contratto era scaduto, Otis non eseguirà più alcuna sostituzione dei rulli e non eseguirà più lavori. Abbiamo un nuovo contratto ora con una nuova società e la differenza è stata notte e giorno! Ricorderò sempre i servizi che ho ricevuto da Robert e Stacy e farò del mio meglio in futuro per non utilizzare mai più questa azienda nella mia carriera.
