Ho comprato il mio primo Macbook air nel 2017 per la mia laurea. Il laptop è stato brillante, mi è piaciuto tutto. Ma dopo due anni ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare. Sapendo che è una macchina e che non tutte possono essere perfette, ne ho acquistata un'altra alla cieca, non sapendo che anche questa avrebbe smesso di funzionare entro il primo anno stesso.
Su tutti i prodotti Apple c'è una garanzia di 1 anno.
Ho acquistato il mio secondo macbook air il 30 agosto 2019 (con prova del conto) e Apple rifiuta la mia richiesta di garanzia anche se ho 10 giorni rimanenti.

Il problema è nella scheda madre e nella batteria, Apple vende laptop difettosi e cerca di ottenere il massimo dai propri clienti.

Apple India sembra essere interessata a vendere prodotti e non c'è niente oltre a questo. Benvenuto in un inferno di servizio post-vendita di Apple India. Il mio adattatore Macbook Pro ha smesso di funzionare e, secondo il loro centro di assistenza, ci vorranno 2 settimane per ripararlo e anche questo non è confermato. Perché diavolo ho pagato 1,4 litri per un Macbook Pro da 13 "????? Il team di gestione di Apple India è interessato solo alla vendita di prodotti e non ha la più pallida idea di come sia in esecuzione il servizio. Apple USA deve esaminare da vicino il servizio livello in India. Se i prezzi sono rigorosamente controllati, qual è il livello di controllo sul servizio. Apple India vuole solo piegare alla cieca Apple USA e mostrare le vendite. Apple USA deve stare attenta a investire in India poiché sicuramente la loro attività sarà una La direzione sembra essere contenta dei loro stipendi e bonus. Tutto il meglio!
