Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti 6 giorni durante la nostra vacanza. Il nostro hotel al Best Western Gold Rush Inn. Molto pulito e le persone erano fantastiche. Mi è piaciuto avere il pub al piano di sotto per colazione e cena. Il nostro viaggio è stato molto pieno e poco tempo per dormire. Una delle parti migliori del nostro viaggio è stato il tour in elicottero. Il nostro pilota era Malcolm. È stato fantastico. Siamo stati accolti anche dal proprietario. È stato un modo perfetto per iniziare il nostro tour. Quel pomeriggio abbiamo fatto un tour della riserva naturale e delle sorgenti termali. Essendo canadese gli animali non erano rari tranne che per il Linx e le Hot Springs erano deludenti. L'acqua non era CALDA e non molto pulita. Il giorno successivo è stato un giorno intero di motoslitta. Mio marito ha guidato la motoslitta e io ho guidato sul retro. Ero molto felice che mio marito avesse esperienza con la motoslitta da giovane. La nostra guida KGO è stata fantastica. Era molto paziente e ben informato. Ha reso la nostra giornata indimenticabile. Quella sera siamo andati a vedere l'aurora boreale e siamo stati in grado di vederli attraverso la fotocamera e abbiamo acquistato una foto. La nostra guida Motto era molto determinata ad aiutarci in questo. L'unica parte sconvolgente del nostro tour è stata la slitta trainata dai cani. Intendiamoci, abbiamo dormito solo 3 ore dalla notte prima. Mi è stato detto che non avrei potuto cavalcare nell'uccisione in un tour di 1/2 giornata. Inizialmente non mi è stata data alcuna scelta quando ho prenotato questo tour con te. Sono andato a fare slitte trainate da cani ad Algonquin Park ei loro cani sono stati addestrati a fermarsi con una parola speciale e molto più in controllo. Sono durato 2 ore e mezza dopo essere stato lanciato 3 volte !! è stato un miracolo che non fossi ferito. Questo tour non è per la persona media di città che ha pochissima esperienza con questa attività. La descrizione di questo tour era "un giro dolce attraverso la tranquilla zona di Whitehorse". Potrei suggerire di offrire opzioni modificate tra cui scegliere. Gli ospiti del nostro hotel si incontravano nella hall per discutere dei nostri tour e io non sono l'unica persona che ha avuto un'esperienza molto PESSIMA di questo tour. Il passaparola uscirà e danneggerà questo tour.

Assolutamente il peggior servizio clienti che abbia mai incontrato. Volevo prenotare un tour multi-città con loro, ci sono volute 2 settimane per ricevere una risposta via e-mail da Andersons per un itinerario provvisorio. La mia risposta a quell'e-mail non ha mai ricevuto risposta. Forse le cose si perdono nel cyberspazio ..... Con pazienza ho chiamato per cercare di prenotare il viaggio con un agente. Ho sottolineato all'agente al telefono che ero davvero interessato e volevo prenotare il viaggio. Ha detto che aveva bisogno di verificare la disponibilità dell'hotel e che mi avrebbe ricontattato a breve. Questo è stato 10 giorni fa e ancora nessuna risposta. Inutile dire che sono andato avanti e ho prenotato l'intero viaggio da solo. Per favore, stai lontano dai viaggi di Anderson, non hanno idea di cosa sia un buon servizio clienti.
