Recentemente ho chiuso una casa a Garfield con questa azienda e la mia esperienza è stata PEGGIORE! la signora del mutuo era terribile, la comunicazione tra lei, la società del titolo (che era anche terribile [titolo reale dell'Ohio]), e l'agente immobiliare NON HA COMUNICATO O LAVORATO BENE INSIEME per l'intero processo! Il mio primo acquisto di una casa è stato FANTASTICO con questo gruppo di persone e non consiglierei nessuno di loro! E per finire, mi hanno chiuso fuori casa durante il trasferimento della proprietà! Ho dovuto aspettare fino al giorno successivo per avere un fabbro che aprisse la porta! Gary era il nostro addetto ai prestiti, è andato ben oltre per assicurarsi che tutto andasse per il verso giusto Era onesto e diretto, non ci ha mai dato false promesse dicendo che ci ha messo nel budget con cui avremmo potuto lavorare e ha assicurato che il prestito fosse chiuso e siamo orgogliosi proprietari della nostra bella casa adesso.

I soci qui hanno una comunicazione pessima, dovevano chiudere una casa più di un mese fa e sprecare un altro mese in affitto per il mio appartamento.
Ho mantenuto la comunicazione con il mio prestatore, chiedendogli della documentazione aggiuntiva che doveva essere consegnata prima di firmare e il mio prestatore non ha comunicato con me la verità su ciò che era necessario. Sono molto deluso e turbato.

Sono rimasto molto deluso da Brandon Bromley. Non lavorare con lui. Ha accettato la nostra attività aiutandoci con un mutuo per la casa. Poco prima che parta per la settimana per andare in vacanza. La nostra situazione era tempestiva. Lo sapeva. Avrebbe potuto chiedere a qualcuno di rispondere alle domande mentre era via o affidarci a qualcuno che potesse aiutarci meglio. Inoltre, non ricorderà il tuo nome. Mi ha chiamato Melissa. Non va bene quando aiuti qualcuno a fare il più grande acquisto di una vita? Ha anche detto che io e mio marito ci saremmo qualificati per un FHA se ci fossimo qualificati per un prestito convenzionale due volte prima. Fha è più difficile lavorare con più costosi tutto intorno. Gli piace mandare messaggi di lavoro invece di una telefonata. Non sa scrivere. Mi dispiace per noi per la prima volta, perché abbiamo sistemato tutto. Accetta per un agente di prestito simpatico e che lavora sodo che può fare cose e CONOSCERE il nostro nome! Quando sei un uomo d'affari con i clienti. Rispondi al telefono! Non stupire i tuoi clienti.
