Siamo stati campeggiatori ADC per 8 anni. Nell'estate del 2019 abbiamo pagato anticipatamente per l'estate 2020.
ADC è ospitato presso la 7Hills School. 7 Hills è una struttura straordinaria con molte cose da fare per i bambini.
A causa di Covid, 7 Hills non ha consentito ad ADC di utilizzare la propria struttura.
L'ADC ha quindi affittato una piccola chiesa scadente da utilizzare come struttura del campo. Le strutture non erano in alcun modo paragonabili. E l'ADC voleva le stesse (molto alte) lezioni.
Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso DOPO che ADC ha modificato unilateralmente la posizione e i termini del nostro contratto. Questo ha dato il via a una serie di combattimenti in cui ADC voleva tenere i nostri soldi.
Dopo molte discussioni, alla fine abbiamo recuperato la maggior parte delle lezioni. ADC ha tenuto $ 184. Intendiamoci, nostra figlia non ha trascorso un solo secondo al campo nel 2020.
Se fossimo andati in tribunale, avremmo riavuto indietro i nostri 184 dollari. Ma Kevin e ADC devono subire il danno reputazionale della loro decisione.
