Abbiamo ritirato e consegnato il carico che ci è stato mediato da ACE e allego qui la ricevuta di consegna. Quando ho provato a farmi pagare per il nostro servizio, tutto ciò che ci hanno detto è che il loro cliente non ha ricevuto tutto il loro carico che il mittente non lo ha caricato sul nostro rimorchio, il che non capisco come sia colpa nostra e che ci incolpi e non pagare.
