so tired of buying products at Samsung UAE.

I am so tired of buying products at Samsung UAE. I am waiting 2 months for availability of products… It is crazy… Calling for support via phone is terrible, discussing with Sara is so difficult that I cannot do a conversation any more. Shopping on the Samsung website is tiring and I will never order Samsung products again. The most irritating thing is the conversation on the hotline, Sara gives wrong information on the hotline, she tries to order the product for the 3rd time, I ask for the availability date of the products, I get wrong information. The product appears on the website as available the next day. If I had listened to Sara, I would have waited a month. She is not helpful at all, she has set rules that she sticks to, she is not helpful to clients, on the contrary.
Ultimately, I decided not to buy 4 products due to the constant lack of availability and after several conversations on the hotline with Sara.
