Ho avuto un problema sul nostro sito di produzione per 6 mesi (più clienti non possono accedere a meno che non cancellino la cache), non importa quante volte invio video o registri che mostrano questo problema, non fanno alcun progresso.

È necessario tornare al loro supporto per eseguire funzioni di base come un blocco di massa degli abbonamenti che viene eseguito facilmente con un clic di un pulsante su Mindbody. Continuano a cambiare i processori del gateway di pagamento, il che è fastidioso poiché tutte le informazioni della carta dei clienti si perdono ei clienti si infastidiscono per il fatto che devono noleggiare le loro informazioni. Non c'è davvero niente di speciale in questo software a parte il fatto che è sovrastimato perché alcuni buoni marchi li stanno usando. ZIngift è l'azienda più terribile e poco professionale con cui abbiamo mai avuto a che fare. A partire dal loro CEO (John all'epoca) a tutti gli altri manager che lavoravano lì, specialmente il ragazzo che gestisce la regione MENA con il nome Mathew. Non c'è assolutamente alcuna cura o considerazione nei confronti dei clienti e tendono a fare tutto ciò che desiderano senza il tuo consenso poiché sanno che sei piuttosto bloccato nel loro ecosistema. Questo ragazzo Mathew ci ha letteralmente detto durante una chiamata che le cose stanno così ed è un accordo prendilo o lascia che è estremamente poco professionale e irrispettoso dato che li usiamo da 2,5 anni.
Dopo 2,5 anni di utilizzo di un processore di gateway di pagamento, hanno deciso di passare a un nuovo provider per il quale non abbiamo accettato i loro termini in quanto erano ridicoli come detenere il 10% delle tue entrate continue per 28 settimane !!! Chi lo fa!!. Non accettando i termini, siamo praticamente bloccati e non abbiamo alcuna opzione di pagamento online per la nostra attività. Quindi, per passare a un nuovo processore di pagamento online, siamo costretti a cambiare ZIngfit su un'altra piattaforma.
Il loro inserimento è stato terribile e abbiamo quasi perso la data di lancio del nostro studio a causa della loro incompetenza. Atteggiamento terribile, software terribile, assistenza clienti terribile.
Fatti un favore e controlla altri fornitori come Mindbody o Performance IQ. Una volta entrato in Zingfit, la migrazione ad altre piattaforme diventa un compito molto difficile da fare. Quindi, assicurati di non rimanere bloccato
