TradottoDeanna Nicholson è una fantastica Case Manager. Risponde alle mie chiamate e alle mie e-mail entro 24 ore e segue sempre le mie preoccupazioni. Durante la transizione ricevendo un altro case manager a causa della mia precedente indisponibilità, è andata ben oltre per soddisfare le mie esigenze. Mi sento a mio agio a contattarla con le mie preoccupazioni perché è sempre gentile e affidabile. Consiglio vivamente il programma NAVY EFMP per i fornitori interessati.
