Ti dico una cosa, lavoro fantastico! L'intera esperienza è stata più di quanto mi aspettassi. Ho notato che hanno rimosso alcuni debri che erano lì sul lato. Quando ho chiesto quanto sarebbe costato in più, il gentiluomo ha detto che ce ne andiamo sempre ovunque siamo in forma migliore di quando siamo arrivati. Nessun addebito. NON È QUEL SUMTHIN!?!?!?!
TradottoHo ordinato 10 metri cubi di terriccio polverizzato poche settimane fa per riempire alcuni punti bassi nel mio cortile e preparare il mio nuovo cortile per mio figlio. Il servizio, il prezzo e il tempo di risposta sono stati fantastici. Ho fatto acquisti e ho trovato Witech un prezzo molto giusto, ho ordinato (credo) un martedì e giovedì è stato consegnato al mio vialetto, e sono stato tenuto molto aggiornato con le telefonate dalla persona che consegnava. Detto questo, mi è stato detto che il terriccio polverizzato viene fatto passare attraverso un filtro a rete e che eventuali detriti o rocce di grandi dimensioni sarebbero stati rimossi. Era vero.
Il mio problema è tutto il vetro che abbiamo trovato nel terriccio. La mia famiglia ha ora individuato circa 20-30 pezzi di vetro rotto larghi almeno mezzo pollice, la maggior parte dei quali più vicini a un pollice. Questo è ridicolo e rappresenta un enorme rischio per la sicurezza per me, la mia famiglia e soprattutto il mio bambino di 1 anno che inizia a vagare per il cortile. Quando ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni sul vetro, non mi è stato offerto scuse o spiegazioni, solo ripetutamente detto "è strano, non dovrebbe esserci alcun bicchiere".
Si prega di non ordinare terriccio per il prato da Witech.
