Se potessi dare meno di 1 stella lo farei. Ho assunto Jennifer Winestone nel 2018 come mio avvocato consulente in divorzio.
Purtroppo si è rivelata una scelta terribile. Il linguaggio che ha usato nel nostro accordo era vago e ambiguo, lasciando i problemi più grandi (piano genitoriale e spese mediche per 4 bambini) "previo accordo". e NIENTE su cui ripiegare in caso di non poter essere d'accordo. Non essendo mai stata divorziata prima e avendo un buon rapporto all'epoca con il mio prossimo ex- Non avevamo idea di quale problema sarebbe diventata questa ambiguità.
Ora io e il mio ex marito abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi 6 mesi in tribunale per risolvere i problemi che avrebbero dovuto essere esposti in dettaglio nella nostra sentenza. Jennifer ha effettivamente creato conflitti non affrontando alcuni dei problemi più basilari ma PI IMPORTANTI che esistono quando si affronta un divorzio con i bambini.
Un accordo dettagliato tiene le famiglie fuori dai tribunali. Jennifer non ha fatto bene il suo lavoro. Ho speso più soldi di quelli che ho cercando di risolvere i problemi che Jennifer avrebbe dovuto assicurarsi non avrebbero mai creato conflitti tra me e il mio ex. . I nostri figli hanno sofferto vedendo la rottura del nostro rapporto.
Jennifer non è in grado di affrontare un conflitto elevato o uno squilibrio di potere/finanze tra le parti come lo era il mio, nonostante la sua formazione alla Bill Eddy. Ero una mamma casalinga che divorziava da un uomo d'affari di grande successo. Ho scelto la mediazione proprio per tenere la mia famiglia fuori dal tribunale. Ho scelto Jennifer per le sue pretese di abilità e formazione e perché è una madre. Mi ha fornito informazioni false e completamente imprecise sul mantenimento dei figli nonostante le mie domande molto chiare. Sto spendendo i miei risparmi in spese di tribunale/avvocato.

Credo che tutti commettano errori e siano disposti a lavorare con lei per risolvere queste cose in privato. Ha rifiutato, quindi non mi è rimasta altra scelta che assicurarmi che nessun'altra donna/famiglia debba passare attraverso ciò che ha la nostra. È terribile.
Ho mostrato il mio pacchetto di giudizio a molti avvocati. ognuno di loro dice che è il giudizio scritto più povero che abbiano mai visto.
