Sono attualmente residente negli appartamenti Colonnade che hai acquistato. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'aggiornamento esterno, della pittura, ecc. Anche se adoro l'equipaggio di 2 persone, ho notato che ci vuole molto più tempo per completare le richieste, il che trovo inaccettabile dato che pago una cifra considerevole per risiedere in questa gated community (il cancello non ha funzionato in circa 3 o 4 settimane ora). Alle 17:00 si è tenuta una riunione, alla quale non ho potuto partecipare poiché lavoro in quelle ore, sulla conservazione. Bene, sarebbe bello se tutti gli appartamenti avessero lo stesso modello di tende. Che ne dici di offrire agli inquilini che sono stati con te da sempre (ME, ME, ME) aggiornamenti sui loro appartamenti. Sì, sono sicuro che verrebbe amministrato un forte aumento, ma dal momento che aumenti notevolmente il contratto di locazione con ogni nuovo contratto di locazione, non sarebbe un problema per alcuni di noi. La sessione di sfiato è terminata, ma dubito fortemente che rinnoverò con questo complesso. Buona fortuna per mantenere buoni inquilini.
