Dan l'uomo! Lavoro con molte persone in questo settore e ciò che distingue Dan è l'onestà, l'integrità e la lealtà della sua collaborazione. Ho incontrato Dan per caso quando si è fermato ad ammirare la mia Dodge Powerwagon del 1952 parcheggiata in strada e mi ha detto che ne aveva una anche lui. Abbiamo parlato con i camion per un'ora prima che gli chiedessi cosa avesse fatto. Ha risposto umilmente: "Oh, sono solo un mediatore di ipoteca locale". Da quel momento in poi tutti i miei problemi sono scomparsi. Dan mi ha assicurato un ottimo mutuo a basso interesse e una linea di credito. Ha fatto tutto senza sforzo per me. Non ci potevo credere. Ho invitato altri due amici a lui che ha aiutato altrettanto bene, e mi sono guadagnato la loro eterna gratitudine. È un tipo che fa sforzi al 100% per tuo conto. Facile parlare e totalmente onesto. Non ne fanno molti come lui.

Questa è la seconda volta che lavoro con Dan. In ogni caso i numeri che ho ricevuto da lui erano migliori dei suoi concorrenti. Nel tempo ho risparmiato un bel po 'di soldi.

In ogni caso ho parlato con altre persone solo per coprire le mie basi. Nel mio recente ReFi sono andato abbastanza lontano con un'altra azienda il cui rappresentante sembrava ben informato, ma c'era un grosso problema. Oltre a non essere altrettanto brava sotto l'aspetto economico, la sua politica aziendale non avrebbe consentito al mio avvocato di rivedere il documento di prestito di 256 pagine prima della firma. Ha detto che il diritto di 3 giorni di periodo di rescissione dovrebbe essere sufficiente per la revisione. Quella era una grande bandiera rossa.

Dan ha detto che una revisione da parte di un avvocato non sarebbe stato un problema e ha consegnato senza farmi sentire che stavo chiedendo qualcosa fuori limite. Lui e il suo assistente Robin hanno lavorato sodo. Quando il perito non strisciava sotto casa mia per fotografare lo spazio di scansione (una richiesta di stima del prestito FHA), Robin ha passato tutta la mattina a chiamare gli appaltatori per fare una visita veloce a causa di un vincolo di tempo. Quando la valutazione è arrivata in basso Dan mi ha aiutato a sfidare la cifra bassa ed è stata aumentata.

Dan era lì per me ad ogni passo. Ha davvero aiutato e lo apprezzo.
